What counts as a "user"?

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties for switching.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes. Contact us for annual billing discounts. Most firms save 10% with annual plans.

What about onboarding?

For firms requiring for 5+ useres, we offer white-glove onboarding. We help you import your historical data via CSV and get you live in under 60 minutes. No extra charge.

How do payment processing fees work?

Payment processing only applies to the Scale plan when using our payment processor (Stripe) for collections:

Standard cards: 2.5% + $0.30

Premium cards (AMEX, corporate, rewards): 3.6% + $0.30

ACH payments: 1% + $0.30 (max $5.00)

ACH additional fee: 0.3% on payments above $3,000

You can optionally pass these fees to clients using payment surcharges.

What if our ATS already tracks some of this?

Your ATS remains your source of truth for filling searches. CollectedHQ becomes your source of truth for financial operations.

Do you integrate with QuickBooks or Xero?

Yes, we have a full integration with Quickbooks Online so your financial system of record remains fully in sync. We have future integrations planned for Xero and other accounting platforms.

Do you integrate with our payroll provider?

Yes, we integrations with Gusto, and Rippling with others in the works.
